Such information may include, but is not limited to:

• Your Instagram handle or account ID,
• Follower count,
• Engagement metrics,
• Reach/Statistics, and
• other information that is already publicly accessible.

We will never disclose private or non-public information about you without your prior consent, except as required by law.

3. Purpose of Use

The sharing of publicly available information is limited strictly to the following purposes:

• Enabling Brands to review, assess, and approve user-generated promotional posts or campaigns;
• Facilitating collaborations between Users and Brands; and
• Supporting the proper execution of refund and reward mechanisms through the Platform.

Tagcash Global does not use or disclose such information for any purposes unrelated to the Services, unless legally required.

4. Security of Your Information

We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure, and Tagcash Global cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide through the Platform is accurate, up to date, and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. In addition, Users are expressly prohibited from impersonating the identity of another individual or entity, or engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities of any kind.
