At Tagcash Global LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) we operate as a platform facilitating customer-led marketing by enabling Users to earn rewards or refunds through their interactions with merchant partners under our brand network (“Restaurants” or “Brands”). This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions governing refunds arising out of dissatisfaction of an availed product or service. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
Tagcash functions solely as a facilitator between Users and merchant partners. We do not prepare, sell, manufacture or deliver products, food, beverages, or services. Refunds are offered exclusively by participating restaurants or Merchant Partners in accordance with their policies outside of the platform. Tagcash Global does not assume responsibility for the quality, preparation, safety, or service standards of any goods or services provided by Restaurants or Brands.
* Any claims relating to dissatisfaction, poor preparation, service issues, or product/food quality must be addressed directly with the relevant Restaurant or Merchant Partner outside of the platform.
* Tagcash is not liable for, nor required to process, refunds arising from dissatisfaction with a Restaurant's or Merchant Partner's service or product quality.
* Such complaints must be resolved at the point of sale or with the merchant directly, outside the Platform.
* To prevent duplicate claims or misuse, Restaurants or Merchant Partners may withhold or deny a refund if a User has already availed a refund for the same order outside of the Tagcash Platform.
* Tagcash cannot recover amounts already released to a User's bank or UPI account if incorrect or invalid payment details were provided by the User at the time of transaction.
